Our Home Care Team is driven  by our Care Manager, Jacqu who is also the Registered General Nurse a professional, dedicated and committed Individual. Our Management Team will strive to ensure we maintain excellent, skilled and professional care staff to look after you. 

Jacqueline is a competent Nurse who has many years of experience in her career she has a BA HONS  in Marketing, MA in Health & Social Care and of course MSC in Adult Nursing. 

All our Carers will undergo continuous training and supervision which will help maintain great standards of care to all our clients. This training includes Dementia care, Medication Training,appropriate Health & Safety issues such as Food Hygiene, Moving & Handling (including the use of Aids and Adaptions), Handling Hazardous Substances, Medication, Dementia Awareness, Diabetes Awareness, Dignity In Care, Effective Communication, Effective and Record Keeping Training and all Covid 19 policies.

We will hold regular meetings with our staff to ensure good communication and feedback. Our Team Leaders will carry out spot checks and regular reviews at Service Users homes to ensure work is being carried out to the standard requested.

As previously mentioned, new recruits are interviewed thoroughly by the Management Team and are only employed after two written references have been sought and a formal police check via the Criminal Records Bureau (DBS) has been carried out.

Training is provided to all levels for our staff.

We ensure all Carer and Support Workers undergo an intensive in-house training programme and work alongside an experienced Care Support Worker to gain valuable experience. Our care workers will either be qualified to, or working towards a NVQ Level 2 qualification, depending on their experience. We will support all our staff who wish to develop further in their carer .
All our Care Support Workers will work and abide by the General Social Care Council Code of Practice, and will be supported by a professional Management Team who, during office hours, liaise with Service Users and their families, social services and local authorities and other care professionals to ensure a competent, sensitive and coordinated approach is taken to the delivery of all care services.
